I agree, but also, remember these are barely teens (I think they atrre 15? I don't remember if it was specified) and Iino is not just looking at nude kids, and not only one is her crush, the other one is the person next to her. I think it's also meant more like embarrassment?
At least that's my interpretation, Kei is unbothered and pretty shameless since ever, Iino is a shy girl who has trouble expressing herself, Kei is like it's whatever while Iino is like "wah this is so embarrassing".
