1st round, underwater is the home ground of the monster.
Ultraman is trapped in sticky oil mass and tossed up to the sea surface, exposed his miserable appearance to the eyes of tanker crew! It is the perfect game of Pestar.
2nd round, Pestar grips Ultraman with tremendous strength. Ultraman manages to jump into an oil tank to escape, shoot Spacium ray to finish the monster, but fails to rescue Hoshino.
Eventually, Hayata saves the boy's life, leading the happy ending.
