So I binged this in no time and I'm now up to date (with the EN scan).

CinGray is, without a doubt, the peak of Uma Musume content. I feel the game and the previous anime adaptation don't have this level of quality/stakes. The game is more Im@s like, cute kind of thing, the anime (the previous one) also following that trail. But the story and art of CinGray is top notch. The OC designs are outstanding, and Oguri is a funny and entertaining MC.

A shame it's already in its last arc (understandable, as it's based on RL horses and events following a timeline).

This isn't the last arc, this chapter is currently depicting the 1989 Arima Kinen, and I know it's weird that I have to spoiler tag real horse facts but

Spoiler: IRL Oguri Cap

retires after running in the 1990 Arima Kinen, so there is one more year of content.

I read the other day that they announced the last arc was schedule to start on July 17th, so it's already in progress. While this chapter belongs to Volume 16, the manga is already on Volume 20, so there are some chapters for the EN translation to catch up, not even counting the chapters not yet included in future Volume 21.

No idea how long the new arc will be, though.

Going by IRL - there's only a few races left for Oguri so that probably explains why its ending

Spoiler: Major Spoilers for the Next Races and therefore the Manga

The next race for Oguri is the Yasuda Kinen on May 13 the next year against Yaeno Muteki and Bamboo Memory, where she wins against Yaeno Muteki with a 2 length lead.

Following that is the Takarazuka Kinen on June 10 against Yaeno Muteki, Inari One, and Bamboo Memory - where they lose to Osaichi George (aka Mill Wakaba in CinGray) with a 3 1/2 length gap.

Her last race is on December 23, 1990 in the Arima Kinen against Mejiro Ryan, Mejiro Ardan, and Yaeno Muteki - Oguri wins with a 3/4 lead ahead of Mejiro Ryan.
