FYI: The Obey Gaiden explicitly romanizes ミルワカバ as Miruwakaba instead of Mill Wakaba. The latter rendering comes from Osaichi George's sire and dam Mill George and Sachino Wakaba, respectively.
Given other names in this list in the same panel explicitly use English when intended, it suggests that the direct JP transliteration is intentional. Rather than a direct name reference, it could be they are going with a more indirect pun of 見る若葉 or similar.

As a heads up, with this official rendering and no other conflicting official sources at time of writing, I will be switching to Miruwakaba and previous references in past chapters might be updated.
