Yes, it's a fan doujin about the gacha game Uma Musume, it's about personified famous racing horses. This needs the video game tag, and a related tab to other main Uma Musume works.

I have never played it myself though.

First she is Shiraoki-sama. Matikanefukukitaru strongly believe in fortune. she love fortune-telling, always carry lucky charm. and she pray upon Shiraoki-sama, her irl ancestor, for blessing.
Second is her "Twin". Horse usually pregnant a foal, but if racing horse have a twin, breeder often get rid off one of them. because twin foal will fight for nutrients and sometime grow too weak for racing.

Second is her "Twin". Horse usually pregnant a foal, but if racing horse have a twin, breeder often get rid off one of them. because twin foal will fight for nutrients and sometime grow too weak for racing.

I think i like the first theory too, probably similar to Manhattan Café's Imaginary friend. Uma Musume does have some sort of supernatural element in the backdrop

probably the first one since she (Shiraoki sama) draws a horse on Suzuka splinter but horse doesn’t exist in Umamusume world and she point at the tablet which means she kind of know someone gonna call soon.

Maybe it's the 3rd possibility... both First and Second... Being her "Twin" that's also acting as embodiment of Shiraoki-sama.
