She will be created empress by Song Taizu, the first emperor of Song, and there might be a future conflict between her as Empress Xiaozhang and "Kuan Yi" as an aspiring Song Taizong. We already know the eponymous Umbrella Girl is actually one of the Tang Dynasty's imperial regalia so she'll be drawn in somehow.
