I'm confused. if her his majesty's mother didn't gives her blessing to Dingdang, then how they could have married? or her his majesty simply ignored her? I don't know how this worked in the old historical system like this, especially since the mother must already know her son is actually her daughter (she is her mother after all) and the marriage between two girls still happened anyway.....
