I hope someone some team hops in and translates this. I've been wanting to read more of Akili's works ever since I finished Vampeerz

All right here my comment

Another work from Higashiyama Shou for NSFW and Akili SFW with his signature deep psychological genre about adolescent struggle and survival like his NSFW and SFW manga before this. Here my review

Art : 9/10
The signature semi-realist art of Higashiyama Shou (Akili) is top notch and he knows how to make interesting concepts and detailed world-building which can drive the reader which is also shown in his past works

Story : 3/10
At first, the concept and the intro got me interested but the more I read it.......it feels weird. It feels like he wants to build a unique out-of-the-box story but it just feels weird in the latter process. The characters in the manga also feel weak, simple-minded, and sometimes weird ways of thinking and decision-making, and didn't leave a strong impression that the character is more driven by the world around them than created by themselves. Both of these sicknesses also exist in the author's past works.

So the older sister doesn't want to know her prostitution works known by her younger sister which may devastate her and tarnish her name, wants to claim her life back which was taken from her, and wants to protect her younger sister by committing MURDER, ABANDON her sister, and VANISHING into thin air which maybe has outcome her younger sister intrigue find her secret and hates her instead took offer help of people who concern?.......weird

Also at first she say she is concern about she and her older sister separated but she's the one who separate herself from her sister? Extra weird

The story vibe kinda remind me of "Alive: The Final Evolution" by Adachitoka. Quite interesting

I believe the YDT98 evaluation is correct, but a bit harsh, the main characters are 12-14 yo children after all, of course they are simple-minded. So far I like it, we have to yet find out who is the main antagonist (probably her sister) and what's the conflict, the author has many options to chose, from old fashion sibling vs sibling to a full scale alien invasion.

Yes, that's the weird part. Because the characters are stil kids and teens it's weird that they act like that, no teen or kids behavior like childish or feeling scared to somethig dangerous or something they didn't know. Suddenly when they got this telekinetic power theres a weird jump in characters like they suddenly become 30 years old gang boss and think and do something unthinkable to most people at their age. I say this is poor in character design It will be better if the charcter act at their capacity as poor homeless kids like toyoko kids if you heard about them.
