She was in the meeting with RanRan when they figured that cats are the portable charging station for the drones shurikens; she was an underling for Ozu (fat guy with glasses wearing increasingly smaller shorts); She accompanied Shimada (the foreign division boss who “rescue” and “re-hostage” the Russian Ninja’s daughter) to convenience store guy’s aparement offering him promotion for infos.

She got one of her eyes poked out by Shimada before he got chopped into pieces and released thenpoison gas…

Idk about that, too obvious. I have the benefit of binge recency, but it was never explained who Noguchi interacted with on the first floor of the apartment while she was looking for the bathroom (the random arm that pointed out of a doorway). Old man and oneesan were still upstairs I think.

Something about the apartment layout being super weird has me thinking Koji Kashin lives there in a hidden room that everyone collectively ignores/forgets thanks to genjutsu, and we've never actually met them yet. But old man and oneesan might be sleeper agent bodyguards or otherwise under their protection.
