Thanks for uploading! Yeah, it's very typical for renters. Good thing that where I live, walls are usually painted white. You can change the color however you want, but you must repaint it white when you move out.

I once couldn't find the spare set of my keys. Would cost a fortune if I lose them. So I bought renter insurance, so that when I moved out, the insurance can cover the cost of that. Later on I found my lost keys though.
