This has the usual elements from the author.
- A female lead from high ranked noble family (or royalty in this case) who held her pride high.
- A heroine who thought she can get away with anything because she’s cute and the prince loves her.
- A stupid prince who is so blinded in love he would do anything for the heroine.
- High society setting where hierarchy and manners are put in high importance, but the “heroine” doesn’t understand, and got no intention to understand.
But this is more a wise queen story, compared to Otonashi’s other stories that focus more on relationship in high society. Elemia is also more forgiving (like Claudia in
I’m not the villainess). In her other works, the protagonists are typically much more spiteful of the people who wronged them and doesn’t feel any guilt from ruining their enemy’s life.
