Unread Manga Highlighted and updates based on language

I would love to see a highlight option for unread chapters in your list, also I have been trying to check for updates to manga I'm reading by using the last updated feature in the list and it says updated like 1 hour ago but its not the English release so it doesn't really help me, so maybe allow you to check last updated for select languages

Rather than manually checking every manga, why not just follow them?

Edit: I just realized but you're not asking about filtering languages but making the last updated field update only based on the language filter. In short, we're looking into how to do that without killing the performance of the whole site, but it's not a big priority. Regardless, the point about just following the manga instead of relying on the last update field stands.
