The bit about the technology somehow repairing certain damage like brain injuries could be interesting, though at this point it just seems weird to me that military and police organizations are apparently forming their own guilds within the game. Maybe it's just a cultural thing but if you're gonna provide a constant deluge of information I'd like some time dedicated to explaining why this game seems to be more populated than would normally be justified.

If the game has effects in the real world, obviously the officials are going to investigate, if playing helps the investigation then they will play. The population will also want to get the benefits of playing, so a lot of people will come and play.
Sure enough, there is not much explaination about why the story goes on like this, but well, I've seen way worse stuff than this. If you think this is trash, then you won't read much.
It's indeed average, but better than most since the market/industry is saturated with cringeworthy comics.
Anyway I understand that this manhua isn't that good, and I agree. It's got a good spirit at least and is fun to read, until you get bored or find a better way to spend your time imo.
