Uploaded a chapter... or did I?

Yesterday I made my first scanilation and uploaded it, at least, I put in the .zip file and the loading thingie went all the way. I though I'd see a "confirm" button or something, but there wasn't anything, so I assume it went where it's supposed to go...

Except I don't see it at all? In the rules it says a moderator will look at it since it's my first upload, but is there somewhere I can check whether it's been received or not? Should I just wait and see, considering it might not have been received?

Might've not been approved. If the chapter still shows up as an unavailable chapter (with 'Unavailable chapters' set to 'Show'), then it's awaiting approval. If it doesn't show up at all, then it was rejected.

I might have lost a few braincells... where do I find this 'show Unavailable chapters" option?

I did it and the chapter didn't show. So I tried to upload it again and turns out that after the bar fills all the way a little message appears:
"Warning: Some thing went wrong with your upload".

It must have happened yesterday too but since it goes fast I missed it. I tried 4 times with different browsers, deleted the .zip file and made a new one, and this message appears every time.

So, the good news is, the mystery is over and turns out I never uploaded the chapter.
Bad news is, I have no idea what to do now.

Help?
