Oh hey it's the dudes who needed new ids. Nothing shady about that. Anyway, to recap what we know:
- The pair have been hired by a "Mr. Atsumi" who is a tailor that doesn't reject any request. He regularly makes things out of human skin.
- Mr. Atsumi had a wife, Mayumi. Mayumi had a sister named Rei Arisaka.
- Mr. Atsumi is searching for information on Rei Arisaka, and sent our protagonists to this fashion party where lots of things are made of human skin to search for information on her.
- While our protagonists were at this party, Mr. Atsumi skinned and killed famous actress Ms. Etsuko Takagi using a specially concocted formula that peels off your skin when you drink it.
- Using the skin of famous people to make suits is apparently common practice (see the panel last chapter where someone was gushing over a suit made of "Arisa Kujou's skin")
- There are three randos here in addition to our protagonists, who are from the "MTK Corporation". They made the "skin exfoliation drug" (which is what is implied that the actress drank) and are here on an invite because their product was popular. They are at this party in order to get a "suit made to measure". However, while at this party, they overheard our protagonists asking about Rei Arisaka and got worried, because they don't want information on her to leak out. Not to worry, however, because they are sure that information won't leak—the club will "hush it up" if anything does.
- Everyone here knows what happened to Rei Arisaka, and just won't tell. Mr. Atsumi's wife and Rei's sister, Mayumi, also knew what happened to Rei Arisaka. However, because Mayumi knew, Mr. Atsumi killed her (his wife).
- Instead of finding information on Rei Arisaka, our protagonists were turned around and misled to go to a house of "Ms. Ouu", where we see these two guys from the end of the rental worker story.
- Mr. Atsumi "smells white"
Questions abound. Questions like "why does Mr. Atsumi want to learn about Rei if he's also killing people to keep the secret hidden?" and questions like "why is it okay for these people to kill famous members of society wouldn't that kind of, you know, draw extreme suspicion? And wouldn't those members be on the inside anyway?"
