Now that you say it, the baby's eye after it stopped crying looked in the same direction as the corpse's. And the corpse's face feels almost like a baby's vacant smile...

Also, love how the girls aren't remotely suspicious of the baby despite the fact this babysitting gig is a gray job. After everything they've experienced, I'd be wondering what kind of baby this is.
