Like I get the gag but it's just so far in the outfield of dumb reasoning that I can't comprehend it. You can try to say he isn't a doctor and doesn't know but he knows it's swelling from an allergic reaction from food. Like come on MC swelling is temporary you should know this

Ok, first off. His imaginary beauties are clearly young teens, secondly wasn't her chin already recinding before they left his inn?
