I mean if he was there he would probably look all the doors and help Seo kill them all. Kai was just as bad as Seo so him dying after causing so many attempted murders is the lightest punishment. This B needs to suffer the same way since she is clearly going to do the same as Seo

"Now that the villain is dead, I shall pull some wacko loopy land revisionist logic in order to vindicate him posthumously, making the reader forget what a giant, sadistic cunt with a big throbbing god complex he really was, self-righteously passing judgment for death penalties on what are basically children, taking visible delight in the deaths he caused, and mocking the anguish of the one trying to save lives for the pure sanctity of them (and maybe a little guilty trauma). Yeah, this makes sense."

The fact that you think Kai is the villain and not the person trying to kill an entire room full of people because they think Satsuki is self righteous proves you have whatever the opposite of reading comprehension is.
I mean if he was there he would probably look all the doors and help Seo kill them all.
In what world would he ever have done that? He targeted single people, mostly terrible people. He wouldn't target an entire gym full of innocent people because he hated Satsuki. Hell, he specifically was trying to kill Seo because he thought she would do something like this.

I can't believe you guys are so bad at reading you're actually making me defend Kai.

I never understood this manga at all. Let's make the MC who is actually saving people hated in everybody's eyes and allow shitty asshole people the ones that people think are the "good guys".
The manga is going hard against the trope that "doing good things" will magically make the world "reward you" in some way. And all of the characters revolve around it.
That's why our MC is being the hero who's actions might saves people lives, but does not reward her in any way - usually life just kick her harder because she neglects other things or even actively detriment them.
Meanwhile President Kai was doing only things which benefit him and others, going for the actions which bring immiediete reward while disregarding humans life.
It's like discussion between people people up for death sentence for crimes and ones who want criminals to be rehabilited.
Or Doctors saving everyone in the conflict, while on the beds are also enemies from other side of the conflict.
"World" does not reward "morality", so the question this manga tries to present is whether being moral is reward or curse on its own? And even if you will not be rewarded is it still worth doing?

Lets trade Kai's life for Akira to come back. Please give her back Ryouko-sensei.
Be careful what you wish for.

Komachi wants Satsuki to break.

Killing off Akira would be the perfect way to fully break Satsuki and throw her into ultimate despair.

The author hiding Akira for so long has me worried that they are saving her for a nasty plot twist later.

Hell, he specifically was trying to kill Seo because he thought she would do something like this.
Thing is that Seo was actually trying to redeem herself, granted she is the one who say it, and the reason she did was BECAUSE he didn't believe and was still trying to kill her when she was actually trying to turn a new leaf. Was Seo an insufferable bitch before ? Yes but she did try to be a better person.
In the end, he brought his death to himself because he was too narrow-minded in his justice to think that people could actually change for the better.
The fact that you think Kai is the villain and not the person trying to kill an entire room full of people because they think Satsuki is self righteous proves you have whatever the opposite of reading comprehension is.

Nobody say they can be both villains. Just because Seo killed Mizuki, doesn't mean he wasn't a villain in his own right.

Nah, I don't think the manga is trying to vindicate him at all. Just trying to show how following someone blindly can make you say the craziest shit to the wrong people. If I'm not wrong, Satsuki will come to realize that what she's doing IS the right thing for her.
