The art quality is actually good, but terrible choice of style. The novel didn't have this sort of cartoonish vibe and was way more gritty in terms of mood so I'm quite disappointed that after it finally got adapted, it drew the short end of the stick.

This deserved something more unique cuz my boi is definitely gonna get done dirty with this direction.

I do think the character designs could be a bit grittier but I don't think its that terrible.

Maybe it's just me but i just don't fvk with the vibe. Like I had this clear image of what it looks like and it's anything but that. The comedic approach reminds me of the anger I had with the first adaptation of Overgeared over which I went bananas.
