The admins should do something about all of these chapters that appear before being readable, this issue is getting more and more frequent.
I don't think it would be that hard to make it so that non verified chapters are hidden by default (just like how excluded genres or themes are hidden) and then appear when they are validated, or just make chapters appears on the list only after they are validated (instead of appearing two times, when they are uploaded and when they are validated), as confirmed group's chapters are automatiquely validated it wouldn't bring any issue to regular uploaders...

Well, in this case, it took ~10 hours, though whether there was a huge queue or mods were asleep or some other factors were involved, I can only imagine.
