Second girl is based on Darling Dance (I'm guessing based on her motif and color scheme on her cover?)
Third girl is based on Failure Girl (confirmed by her monologue that's identical to the lyric)

Regarding page 23, it's as you suspect, katsudon (cutlets on bowl of rice) is sometimes eaten before exams/competitions as a good luck charm as it has 'katsu' (victory) in it's name (Note it's just phonetic equivalence, they do not share the same characters).

If you check the last chapter, on the back of the manga it says that the characters were based on Venom, Darling Dance and Failure Girl , and they look exactly like the characters from the covers of the songs (expect Ruru, who look like the character from the cover of the Venomer album) there's a couple of references to the venom song like at the end of the 1st chapter and the name of the 2nd chapter being "Life is like a shitty game" which is part of the lyrics from the song venom. Nana is obviously from Darling Dance, her character and appearance make it quite clear
