I was gonna say that the difference between the Fertilante and Jiyong is that Seong-gu is just a psychopath, whereas Jiyong at least tries to put his murders to good use by getting clues to hunt the masterminds (even though the first season showed us how questionable that approach is). But now Seong-gu is also trying to play detective. While he is still more of a cold-blooded murderer than Jiyong (who's hot-blooded), they're a tad closer with this chapter. Also, did Seong-gu spare the pop-up realtor this time?

I mean, I would be surprised if police agencies all over the world weren't developing stuff like that already. It's an obvious application in law enforcement.
It makes perfect sense that an AI can cross reference the general outlook of a license plate with local cameras and expected paths with incredible ease. I mean shit, that's how the homies do it manually, cept AI is much faster.
This kinda shit is nothing, we literally have AI that catalogues your walking style and identifies you within single digit innacuracy rates. And that shit's public. Imagine what else governments already have.
I think he's just leaving him alive till he confirms what he just told him. There is absolutely no way he is sparing his life. At best he'll give him a mercy kill with anaesthesia when it's over.
