EDIT: Wow, reporting works. All the newest chapters got taken down. Also, it seems not only did this group want you to go to their website to view old chapters, but they paywall new chapters as well.

They likely won't, many groups do this just to get people on their website. (But i'd love to be wrong)

It's kinda scummy and I hate it, but we be sailing the high seas at the end of the day.

There's already a rule:

1.8 Permanently withholding some of your scanlations to a series for the purpose of attracting users to your site is not allowed.

You can always report the offending scanlators on MD's discord. Dunno if they'll take action, though.
