I'm happy to be proven wrong, but I've a sneaking suspicion that these guys are just slapping their names on pirated official translations and calling it a day. I've not done any in depth analysis into this to see if they're doing it with everything, but a series they just uploaded to their website seems completely identical to scans from Tapas, as far as I can see.
