So glad to see this back from Hiatus...

I'm confused then was she just acting like a tomboy for him the whole time? That's some dedication
As stated from the end of chapter 2, that's exactly the case:

She'd be his friend for years with unrequited feelings then when she finally confessed, he'd say he wasn't attracted to her and it wasn't just physical, and then they don't feel comfortable hanging out anymore just one on one after you told them you had feelings for them all this time.

Or maybe that was just me haha. I want to slit my writs

Some kids develop faster?
I remember Middle School i was like 12/13 this girl in my class over the summer developed a ridiculously huge rack & the year before she was blending in with medium size

like you know it was huge & not a push up cuz in swim class during backstroke lessons they were Prominently Displayed & Floating

SO there is an Air of possibility albeit unbelievable To most

She could have also, you know, just been the one to confess... This is why the childhood friend always loses damnit! :qq:
Only in series with multiple love interests (I refuse to call them harems, since they almost never actually have a harem end), because they don't start playing until they've already lost.

In a series like this, though, she's fine. That said, she kinda needs to make him be be the one to confess in this instance, because it was him specifically saying he was bad with girls that caused her to act like a boy.

Him being the one to confess means he's accepted she's an eligible woman, a little like the nonsense that went on in Tomo-chan with Jun. Hopefully this dude isn't that dense (it's only chapter 5, so I can forgive some blindness).

He didn't ask her to, if she just naturally did things the way she normally would have otherwise he could have developed a tolerance for it slowly and been fine. Don't change yourself for other people it never ends well. If you want to change to be a better person that's great, but changing because you want to please someone is not good.

I mean, just because he's bad with girls, doesn't mean he was celibate. That's on her.

Eh?

Hes uncomfortable around girls. Which means confessing to him and making him aware of you as a girl, could end up extremely bad.

It's extremely believable why she wouldn't want to push him passed his comfort zone.

Yeah, it said she had to put on the tomboy facade, because he would immediately change and become unable to interact with her properly when she tried to be herself. So this isn't about a tomboy, but about a girl pushed to be in a tomboy role just so she can be close to him.

When I was 6 years old, there was a boy in my class who was as tall as the teachers. It was like that guy from the Spy x Family dodge ball episode.
