Everytime I read this manga, I get a kind of feeling that I can't quite describe. It's just, so different and intimate, if that makes sense. It's the feeling I also got when I play any of the arcade games' story mode.

Next chapter will be the final chapter in this "C1" arc, and the last chapter in volume 7! After that, the schedule will return to about one chapter a week.

@thefahre I can relate. Partially I think that's because of the attention to characters. A lot of pages just fleshing the characters and their histories out, whether they're new characters or recurring ones. The series ran on for a long time so it had the opportunity to do that. And also I think it could be because all these characters, in some sense, have the overall feeling of a "family". I use quotations because I don't want to sound like I'm ripping off Vin Diesel but that's just one word to describe it. It feels kind of cozy. And by reading the manga or by playing the games, we feel somewhat informed, if not included, in this bygone family.
