I mean... It's a different way of telling a story? It's fine not to like it, but it's also fine to be interested in their backstory and wonder about what's going on to have created this intense distrust.
For MC's character to make any sense given her past she cannot be wavering here or before. It would cheapen the story and her character in turn to be so flaky.

Sure, she clearly has trauma from the past
But is it really an excuse for her to constantly bother Obsidian (And by "bother" I mean not even letting her to live her life), when she already told her everything she knew and even has some proof for it?
MC doesn't use her brain at all throughout these 20 chapters and only seeks revenge, which really doesn't make her a likable character
It wouldn't cheapen the story if she thought for just a second about all the information she's got, instead of constantly annoy Obsidian
Honestly, I think the meanness of our MC is only really a problem if you're only here for the romance, and not the other things the series is trying to do. Sure, it does have an (eventual) romantic relationship at it's core, and the sexual tension between them and slow burn romance absolutely is part of the appeal, but this is just as much a mystery urban-fantasy action series and I think if you view it from that perspective the main character is... not necessarily more likeable, but their issues become more compelling instead of just an obstacle to yuri.
