Extreme-ism aside feels like there could've been plenty of ppl who would've snitched on him versus an audit but you'd think this kinda thing would have a stronger background check. if not like the equivalent of 'food stamps' to where they could only buy certain things versus him getting booze and all (other than them also like, having a kid, even if the parents a POS and they couldn't enforce them to take proper care of them versus JP CPS getting involved and taking custody)
