correction: She knew they aren't blood related, but BELIEVED she is hated (for some reason despite all the signs) and thinks with politics and nobles in mind so she doesn't want her house to fall or similar.

Like a few chapters ago, she knew he was a side prince being a collateral like herself, so she wanted to protect him or atleast make him not get caught up in politics and nobles shit

Note "like herself" so she knows he's collateral, but not that he isn't her brother.... and not that he is an actual prince but that he has a right to the throne.... like her....

She doesn't. She figured out they weren't blood relatives when she woke up from the poisoning, recalled the conversation she overheard when she was drifting in and out of consciousness, and put the information together (so, chapter 7).
She still assumes that he depends on her as a sibling (mostly due to her low self-esteem), while he believes that she is still in the dark about his identity (and is worried about her being targeted, which becomes more likely the more people are aware of who he is — concerns about assassination are a valid reason to stall, especially if there's been a pervious attempt). That's the reason for the impasse.
It's a classic lack-of-communication problem, but with proper reasons for it (and thus is somewhat less irritating).
Anyone else enjoying the funny background moments this series has?
