I do like that they are getting support from both Kozeki & Yajima plus they want them to succeed. They're underdogs & it will be satisfying if they end up out performing Ruri's team plus I would love to see her seething again. Thanks for the translations.

She did get fired (or at least was removed from helping LyriTri specifically), that's why she hasn't been able to help until now, but they came to her anyway. I think the implication is that they're asking for her help without the ability to pay or employ her officially, especially considering how nana was talking about how they were struggling w the budget and had to do things on their own time and effort. W Ruri getting the help of an outside director, though Yajima was fired, it seems it's not like they can keep the members from seeking her help on their own during their own free time.
