She's going back to help Ruri, isn't she? Despite the fact she tried to kill her and bury the evidence, Arika can't ignore the drugs.
I guess the "temple deep in the mountain with no TV and phones" is where Arika is now, making sure her mom is getting treated. It explains why no one can find her and why she hasn't seek out Nana yet.
I think the mom still also has a chance. Despite still having issues, she is able to recognize Arika, remembers what she likes, and notices she is struggling.

I feel sorry for Arika since right now she's got no one to support her (that she's aware of) especially after telling on her mom & now is struggling to make it through the day. I wouldn't be surprised if she decides to join that temple as a safe haven for her. Hope things turn around for Arika because she deserves to have a good life after surviving attempted murder. Thanks for the translations.

Her mom is a drug addict, the thing on page 22 is ecstasy (they commonly have little symbols like smiley faces).

Arika has no idea Nana is in Tokyo until now. She didnt actually see her during the early idol days then.
- Arika made a call to contiune treatment for her mother
- Arika boarded a night bus for Tokyo to see Ruri
- Arika is reported missing after the attempt murder
- Ruri and other members hasnt seen Arika since the attempt murder
- Nana went to Tokyo to cheer for Arika for her first few events.

I think she put her mom back in the facility more bc she thought that would be best for her. If her mom was sober, that'd be diff, but knowing she's still on drugs despite everything, she prob figured an actual treatment center would be better than leaving her alone or trying to help her herself (she and her father prob did their best when was a child but saw needed actual professional help). To make that call against her mother's will, putting someone else's health before anything else, took strength that would likely make her more determined to go back for Ruri and do the same. Like a no turning back thing

Not that this is inconsistent with her character up to now, but I expected more resentment from Arika about the murder attempt. Maybe more emotion will show when she actually confronts Ruri and sees the hatred head on. She is so ridiculously selfless! I can imagine the people around her who are the exact opposite aren't able to respond well to it. Thanks so much for the quick releases!

Yamamoto also has little importance other than being the one to make the mood lighter, and also their sugar daddy. I'm still hoping he does have some importance, but I don't think he will 😅
Yamamoto is also the mood booster, when everyone is angry or feeling down, or the mood becomes pretty bad, he is the one pushing them to calm down or work together, so I think he is pretty important. I think he is in the most neutral in this manga, but it also makes him have no focus point.
