1 is a highschooler and the other is in collage

I think the scene where Karen found the comic LO was back then around 2-3 years ago,
when Kuon still in highschool and Karen still a small loli which is usually in 3rd-4th grade.
The current Karen looks more like a JS on their the peak age which is 11-12 y.o (6th grade).

I noticed they usually complain more about "slightly problematic" stuff (like 13 y.o. x 17 y.o. or petite adult woman) then they do about straightforward JS.
Maybe it would be harder to justify why did they read it in the first place?
Maybe more mainstream stuff just has more viewers in general so they can get more attention this way? (because I don't believe they give a shit about actual children like they claim)
