TBH, imo this manga has started to go a tad bit stale for me, but sometimes, it's small dumb but otherwise funny/cute things like what's happened here that makes me come back. That and the art style.

You've already won. And having romantic experience isn't the advantage you think it is.

She stretches a lot.

That game... Just imagine writing a whole manga with that as a premise. Wouldn't that be a fun ride?

He's so easily influenced by the notion of normality.

Those numbers don't add up. There are 2 against 2 draws, which makes sense. But there are a total of 8 wins, but 9 losses. They each have 7 matches, which isn't possible with three people going one-on-one.

Not a foul. She lost.

Removing glasses gives a +1 to piercing. Attack goes through the first target and hits one additional target.

Mikan is the real MVP. While it's possible that her keeping up the "I'm your rival now" game could've forced things along, it also would've stirred up quite a bit of drama. She knows how to prod Shizuka's buttons without causing drama.
She could've even become a real rival and most wouldn't blame her, but instead she decided to become the greatest wingwoman. You go Mikan!

Also these chapters are definitely my favorites. I'm always particularly tickled by female characters getting to pull out the "I have no regrets" joke.
