no, that story is older brother/younger sister. the author does have a similar story to this one where there's also a depressed blonde older sister, but even that story has different unrelated characters. its not uploaded on mangadex yet. i think the title was "she used to be cool"

regardless, his intention was to sacrifice himself to save his sister, and in doing so, he showed her that there was nothing, not even his life, more important to him than her. that was the wake up call she needed. she gave up hope in her only romantic love, combine that with her soul-crushing job, she gave up her will to live. she might have seen him supporting her as only him taking pity on her. heck, the reason she tried to suicide the second (balcony) and third (train) time might have been her attempts at freeing him from her, because she might have thought she was being a burden on him (even the translators commented on having a menhera girlfriend). but after that incident, she must have truly understood, that he loves her, and she is irreplaceable. and so, even if he did not survive, I think he gave her the ultimate gift, which was the courage and will to carry on, and the realization that she has a brother who loves her no matter what.

i thought all of it was from the girl’s dream, i thought she lost her brother when they were younger and she also said that she had to work alone even though she’s alone, its alright, then she also said in last few panels that she wanted to tell her brother something cuz i think she is aware that she is in a dream, i think thats also the reason why she wanted to suicide, to end it already iguess? and when she said she wanted to give him something in return cuz she felt bad of what happened to her brother, thats why she did it? sorry for my bad english lol

:the sister got crushed by her work and got stressed to the point that she snapped and that drove her to be suicidal
:The brother came in clutch to prevent her from alt f4 herself, but the sister is still in a state of suicidal tendency that transformed into a lucid view of the world where she got detached from reality, think of it as taking halogenics but in this case she thinks shes in a dream like in the case of most people having schizophrenia or cognitive hallucinations
:This state of lucid dreaming prompted her to remove her restraints and be open with her desire for her brother which she previously kept within herself and to which the brother accepted (OUGHHHH SEGGGSSSSS!!!)
:fast forward to their date and seeing her brother almost dying because of her stupidity snapped her back to reality (heh shock therapy)
hence "even if it was just a convenient dream" because her lucid mental state returned back to normal at the end
