On one hand, I think he should report those things. On the other hand "It's not easy" is not an excuse for those people not refusing. It's hard to say "no" when you're scared they say. Yeah, so? There is a word for people who choose not to act because they're scared and another because something is hard. I'm not referring to our main character, I'm referring to the victims he witnesses.

That girl sure is dumb. It's easy for her to call out and threaten (which is illegal) the other lawyer. But he's just some glorified janitor. If he tried that it would work in that moment but he'd end up fired and possibly blacklisted. Going through any of that just so someone won't feel embarrassed is totally unrealistic and wrong. This never occurs to her at all. In her tiny mind, nothing bad would have happened to him. You know the best part? If he decided she's right and showed her recordings on his phone or something of the bad things he's seen on the cameras, she would not be like "I'm glad you showed me this and have found the courage to take action." No, she would be like "You're a terrible person for not reporting this sooner!"
