Yeah... its been like that since chapter 1 or so, its been a running theme of being aware of romcom tropes yet reusing them.. and its a webtoon, not webnovel, also the best designed character has the most mediocre look but at least yandere so people like her But yeah the story is still happening just not as fast as you want it or don't have as much action as you preferred to be.

Design is a matter of taste. I agree we love yerim's design (and personally Na Ri's character) but it's not what most mainstream readers enjoy. And ig author might not be into the e-girl fashion that much either.
