It makes sense to me that a support class would be more open to understanding the contributions of another support class, especially since it was said that White Mages are held in almost as low regard as Black Mages. Also a support class is fundamentally a class which requires an understanding of tactics to use effectively, so in order to become worthy of joining one of the world class parties, her battle intelligence and intuition would have to be world class as well
