It's a comedy but the main character is a girl and there is a guy character who plays baseball but he's a jerk. And obnoxious.

I remember the volume cover being water bubbles and the guy sitting in the middle with a smug look & the girl floating a bit.

I remember the beginning is a gril who hates the guy vey similar to the similar manga where he sits next to the window and she sits next to him and starts trying to make friends.

She doesn't like him, there is a scene where she's watching him play, I think it might be baseball or something.

She talked to him and he's rude and smug , black hair and not tall.

It's a comedy and was fairly popular but I can't think of the name.
