What's up with youtube cookies on the follows page?

Hello, I use umatrix for blocking random stuff on websites. I noticed +29 on Mangadex which is abnormal. I checked around and it looks only the follows url has cookies from youtube for some reason.

I went to the homepage and other links here, and it doesn't show any youtube cookies only the follows page.

Edit: Just went to follows page again, no youtube cookies requests. This is just strange, usually this stuff shows up when the page loads a youtube video, or like on this post has cookies from imgur blocked since the image is from imgur. I don't see any videos or youtube related anything on the follows page.

I've figured out why, I went from youtube to mangadex and those cookies show up. So it's probably just google spying shenanigans.

And here I thought OP might have clicked on a youtube link in one of the chapter comments.
