I'm not clear what's being shown here. She's got some scrapes all over her and some of her own hair tangled around her fingers from the looks of it. The scrapes aren't consistent enough to be cutting or anything, and I'm not sure why she has some of her hair around her fingers (shedding a few hairs every day is normal).
