I'm sorry what? So self-defense is not even allowed while being skewered? Him merely brandishing his weapon to begin with should have been considered sufficient danger to allow for self-defense, unless they want top-rankers to be killed left-and-right by noobs using exoteric weapons.

What's the point of calling it OP if there's a cooldown

It's been such a long time since I've read this from the start maybe I'm missing something, but I can't say it's that OP if it has cooldowns and/or requirements that you just take a goddamn beating before you activate the thing

wait why is he so weak physically surely since his weapon is trash, he could train right was this explained i can't remember. is it so he can be generic stickboy mc? Just skipped through chapter 1 "all i did was read books" but i wanted to be a hero.......then train ya shit Helios was right(in chapter1 saying just wanting to be a hero wont make you one) and the girl was wrong for coddling him in a world of life and death. Ah i guess the hero did mention magic skin doesn't change the fact that stamina and strength is still required.
