When in long strip mode, make a nexp page input scroll down a container height instead of to the next image

This has probably already been suggested before
When in long strip mode, scanlators often upload taller images ("pages") that are longer than manga pages. So in the reader, when pressing the right arrow key, the `d` key or clicking the image, the reader scrolls down to the next page, and often skips the content between what you were reading and the end of the current image.
It would be nice if the next page input scrolled half a screen or one whole screen down instead of to the next image.

Maybe make this an option in the reader settings?

If you have a keyboard, you could just use Page Down or its equivalent.
