I religiously oppose any younger-female/older-male couple as a matter of policy.

Older-female/younger-male is just and righteous.

Faithful experience aside, part of the translation is simply to force all the readers to go through the same thing I had to go through trying to figure out what on earth Kazuha was saying, having to look up a few Saga dialect grammar tables here and there.
