Given that she's supposed to be savvy enough to understand her family this well and how to navigate around them and backstab them, I'm finding it a bit of a stretch that she wouldn't consider the possibility that her sister was lying to her before the regression.

Like if it's to set up for a drama-queen love-triangle like I think it is, it seems kind of ham-fisted...?
