Why when I search for mangoes using the "and" filter I get more results than with the "or" filter?

If I search for fantasy AND magic AND sci-fi mangas but without incest OR shota OR loli OR isekai I get approximately 315 results

But if I propose fantasy OR magic OR sci-fi but no incest OR shota OR loli OR isekai I receive 4 or 5 results

I could be wrong but I shouldn't get more options using the UO filter instead of the AND filter
