More seriously though; Nona is horrifying. It makes me wonder if being not entirely all right in the head and ruthless when necessary is a trait she inherited from Merrily of the one-shot as well.

It makes me wonder about Miramira's sinking magic. She has never used said magic on a person; when going against the lock monster, she said that her magic works on "anything other than animals," but she doesn't strike me as the type to have tried that, ever...

Gheer being an irredeemable scumbag as usual. He will probably end up being a first arc villain.

it's still early in the series so we don't know much yet, but i feel like there should be some kind of drawback from using Magic tools since their magic is something so unique to each induvidual mage. it feels a bit too overpowered at the moment
