I guess Yuusuke based his choices on those very characteristics. The older guy is obviously there for the more mundane reason of needing someone with experience.

@Kaarme XD I'm on the old guy and that unusual type for me to like for me ... The reason this manga look more about strategy and political and he looks the most useful and strong one and his look not that bad XD
