Everyone outside his territory wants to kill him at this point, don't they?
Yep, they realized they fucked up by giving him a base, which allows him to consolidate power. Since he wasn't tied to any country by loyalty he can do whatever he wants to make himself stronger.
Cause he's making waves and messing up all their plans. I'm more confused by how many shadowy organizations we're following now.
It's just the one so far, all of those guys are part of the same group.

uhhh.... so why does everybody hate the mc again?
He messed up everyone insidious plan, and in case of the Queen that he save her life and secure her position as queen, Queen herself constantly thinking that MC power is threat to her reign, further fueled by her close aide like that black haired chick constantly influencing the Queen that the MC is threat, they fear the MC ever growing power, popularity, that why MC were send and granted Wortania, worse territory on the continent full of dangerous monster, hoping MC to die there.

It seems the whole plot is about how bad nobility and royal in this world, that why MC grandpa not hesitate to kill any noble and royals he came across, and their stupidity became their own demise.

Anyone else think it's a bit hard to believe there are beagles in this other world? How badly can they mess up the hero summoning to end up with beagles?

Page 6 For her sake, I hope there aren't any orcs in this world.
Actually beagles make sense if they have dogs. Beagles as a breed have existed since Roman times and for their function of a scent dog, it makes since to have them. Although you really wouldn’t use a beagle when hunting a deer. More like rabbits and small game.

The MC also didn't want to be tied down with territory or title. The queen was influenced into given the MC both to tie him to the kingdom. Granted she had no idea what to do with him. She was afraid that he will be the thorn in her side whether he was with her kingdom or not. She should have had a private meeting with him with struck an alliance deal that would satisfied both parties. But she never trusted him from the get go, the same with her retinues. And now it's too late for reconciliations.

I completly forgot or simply don't understand why the queen would risk a losing war instead of cleaning her useless noobles.
During the civil war, the queen made a concession to her opponent in exchange for letting her aide (who went against order and got caught) go. Said aide then was left off with a slap on the wrist by the queen.
If anything, despite winning the civil war, her power base is quite weak and her opposition remained significant politically. She risk losing even more support if she goes in at the aristocracy.

To add to that, this poor decision of hers is also a reflection of her inaptitude as a leader, in which she has difficulty in making hard decisions. She wants to be “kind” and not harm her people unless needed to. This can be considered a virtue for a person, but a flaw for a leader of a nation with many hostile inside factors.
