It would make sense if they were in the middle of doing that, but that trope has been used in way too many romcoms, it never makes sense to me cause half of the time they would just be having a normal conversation, then for some magical reason they start acting like it's taboo to be seen alone together


Even one of the characters sometimes questions why they're even hiding in the first place, it's unnecessary the majority of the time
