I can understand the sentiment, my family switched to a variety of brown rice for a period of time. I have no idea why: I could say that the grain feels less uniform, or it doesn't taste sweet/clear when pair with other food. white rice is good
Our family switched to multigrain rice for health reasons. I dunno, it’s the increased texture and more.. unrefined flavour of brown rice that makes me enjoy it more. I guess the best seasoning of all is that clout you feel by thinking “I’m eating healthy!” haha.
